How it works
A week, not a project
- Day 1 — export from your current systemWe tell you exactly what to export (most platforms support a CSV or PDF export of clients and appointments) and handle the rest.
- Days 2–3 — we import and check itClient records, upcoming appointments and history are loaded into your new Zenvia practice and checked against your export.
- Day 4 — walkthroughA short call covering your dashboard, bookings, invoicing and AI notes, tailored to how your practice actually runs.
- Days 5–7 — you run live sessions with us on standbyYour first week of real appointments in Zenvia, with direct support if anything doesn't look right.
Common questions
Before you switch
Will there be a gap where I can't see client records?
No. Your current system stays usable until your Zenvia import is verified and you've confirmed everything looks right — we don't ask you to switch off the old system until you're ready.
What if my current platform doesn't support exports?
Tell us what you're on when you book — we've handled awkward exports before, including manual re-entry for smaller practices where that's genuinely faster than fighting an export tool.
Does migration cost anything?
No. It's included, for solo practices and group practices alike, as part of onboarding.
What happens to my old system afterwards?
That's between you and your previous provider — check their cancellation and data-retention terms. We recommend keeping read-only access until you're confident your Zenvia records are complete.
