If your practice barely uses SMS reminders, doesn't need telehealth or AI-drafted notes, and doesn't process card payments through the platform, Halaxy's core platform can cost you nothing. We're not going to pretend otherwise. Where Zenvia is different: telehealth, SMS reminders, AI-drafted session notes and the tools library are all inside the one 10% figure, with nothing to meter, top up, or run out of credits for mid-session — card payments are the one thing both platforms charge separately for, at standard processing rates. If you'd rather see one number on your invoice than track a credit balance across four different features, that's the practical difference.

And because it's a percentage rather than a flat fee, a quiet month — parental leave, an unexpectedly light referral month, part-time practice — costs you close to nothing under Zenvia.
