The honest numbers

At full billings, Zanda is likely cheaper in raw dollars

We're not going to dress this up. Take a solo practice seeing 20 clients a week at $140 a session — roughly $12,100 in monthly billings. On Zenvia's 10%, that's about $1,210 a month. On Zanda's Starter plan ($29/month) plus BizzyAI Scribe on every session (roughly 72 transcription hours a month at $1/hour, about $72), that's around $101 a month — noticeably less.

If your practice runs at consistently high, predictable volume and you're comfortable metering AI-scribe hours and paying more per practitioner as you grow a group practice, a flat subscription like Zanda's can genuinely cost less. We'd rather tell you that than have you find out after signing up.

Where the percentage model earns its keep instead: a new practice building a caseload, a practitioner working part-time or coming back from leave, a group practice that doesn't want every added practitioner to increase the fixed monthly bill, or anyone who'd rather never think about whether they're about to run over an AI-transcription-hour allowance mid-session.
