What you're actually paying for

Think of it as your practice team, not a software bill

For most solo and small-group practices, running things properly means either doing the admin yourself between clients, or paying for a mix of people and tools to do it — a receptionist for bookings, a bookkeeper to chase invoices and third-party funders, someone to type up notes, a website. Zenvia replaces that whole stack for one rate:

Front desk

Bookings, reminders, confirmations and cancellations handled automatically.

Billing & collections

Invoicing, card payments and chasing third-party funders — no separate bookkeeper needed.

Note-taking support

AI-drafted session notes mean you're not typing up what a scribe or admin assistant would otherwise do.

Your online presence

A public profile that gets you found by new clients — no website or marketing spend required.

How the cost compares to a flat subscription

A practice billing $12,000 a month pays $1,200 under Zenvia — more than the $60–150/month a fixed-fee competitor charges. We know. That's the deal: for that 10%, we carry the software, the telehealth infrastructure, SMS reminders, AI session notes, the tools library, onboarding and ongoing support. We only earn when you do — in a quiet month, or while you're on parental leave or between clients after a slow referral month, you pay close to nothing. A fixed subscription doesn't know the difference.

If your practice bills consistently high volume every month with no seasonality, run the numbers below — a flat subscription may work out cheaper for you. Most solo and small group practices we've built this for don't.

$16 a session covers the software, telehealth, SMS reminders, AI notes, the tools library and the admin. You get back about 156 hours a year. Fill that time with 3 more sessions a week and it's $1,819 a month in billings.

Indicative only. Assumes 4.33 weeks a month and that Zenvia absorbs roughly three quarters of the admin hours a practice currently carries.

Pricing questions

Common questions

Is it really 10% of everything, or just clients found through Zenvia?

Everything invoiced through the platform — your own existing clients as well as anyone who finds you through your Zenvia profile. No separate, higher rate for referred clients. We carry the same admin either way.

Are there setup fees or a minimum contract term?

No setup fee and no minimum term. Your first 90 days are free while you get set up, and after that it's 10% of billings, month to month, cancel any time.

What if some of my clients are billed elsewhere — Medicare, an EAP, NDIS?

Zenvia is built to be your practice's whole booking, records and billing system — every client you manage in Zenvia is invoiced through Zenvia, which is also what keeps your records, payments and reporting in one place. If a funding body requires billing through its own separate portal (for example a direct Medicare or NDIS claim), talk to us about how that fits alongside your Zenvia practice.

Can I leave and take my data with me?

Yes. Export your full client file set — records, notes, appointment history — at any time, in a readable format. No exit fee.

Do group practices pay per practitioner?

No per-seat fee. A group practice pays the same 10% of billings across every practitioner, with multi-practitioner calendars, room allocation and reporting included. Get in touch if you're a larger practice and want to talk specifics.
